ASN Status updates and Receiving Inventory

 

Please refer to our Service Description for details on the Inbound Processing responsibilities and requirements. 

 

Deliveries that do not have any exceptions will typically be received and available for order fulfillment by the end of the third business day after day of receipt

 

Your ASN's can be found under the eFulfillment tab in your UPS Portal

STATUSES: 

 

1. DRAFT

 

After your initial ASN is submitted, subsequent ASN's can be saved in Draft status.  Please ensure your ASN is out of Draft status and in Submitted status before your products arrive at the UPS Warehouse.  This will ensure your inventory is not delayed for put away.

2. SUBMITTED

 

Your ASN should be in submitted status for the UPS Warehouse to be able to see your Skus for put away.

3.  RECEIVING

 

You should start seeing your inventory put away soon:

4. RECEIVING 

 

Any skus/quantities received can be used to fulfill orders. You do not need to see the entire inventory received to start fulfilling orders on those units.

5. COMPLETED

 

When all of the submitted units on the ASN are received, the Status will change to Completed
